The parcel that contains your orders will be sent to you with tracking no. which is issued by Thailand Post and you can use this number to check the status of the parcel 24 hours a day. And we will tell you this tracking number every single time that you bought a products from our website.
For this tutorial, we will show you the right way to track your order.
Please follow the process,
1.Go to http://www.track-trace.com/post
2.Copy the tracking number from your email and paste it in the blank box.
3. Click at "Track with options"
The website will automatically take you to a web page of Thailand Post's website.
1. If you paste your tracking number into the blank box of this web page, you will be able to check the status of your
parcel while it is in Thailand. (if the parcel was sent out of Thailand territory, the update will be stopped.)
2. Normally, we will recommend you to skip the process in STEP 2 part 1, and just simply click at "Select Country" instead.
After you have clicked “Select Country” option, the new web page will show the list of counries for you to choose.
Just click at the name of your country.
That's it. Nice and easy, right?
